Experience the thrill of flying in one of the world’s most iconic aircraft from the grass runways of a Battle of Britain airfield. You should allow four hours for this experience which includes:

• Welcome and detailed briefing on the safety equipment you’ll be wearing such as helmets, flight suits and parachutes
• Short film, about the mitigation of risks of flying in this historic aircraft
• Introduction to your pilot and flight planning – where you will discuss your route and whether you want a gentle sightseeing flight, some aerobatics or a mixture of both
• Climb into the TR9 Spitfire and, after pre-flight checks, take off for your flight experience
• When you arrive back there will be plenty of time for photographs

Spitfire flights are available as either a 30 or 50 minutes flight experience.
