The customer journey plan and creation of tiered membership packages were completed with extensive testing to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Goodwood Consulting then developed a sales and marketing strategy, incorporating revenue targets for each area of the business. Detailed tests of the business plan and financial model informed a final operating budget for investment, construction and the operational management of Drivers Club Miami.
