Eroica Britannia - important update

It is with great sadness that Eroica Britannia has been postponed until 2023. The event was due to take place on 6-7 August 2022, but a number of logistical and supply chain challenges have made it very difficult to deliver the world-class event we’ve all been looking forward to. Like you, the whole team at Goodwood are disappointed that the event won’t be happening this summer. We’d like to thank you for supporting the event’s move from the Peak District and we look forward to welcoming you, the cycling community and our partners to West Sussex and the South Downs National Park next year, to celebrate all things cycling at Goodwood. Stay tuned for future announcements about the 2023 event.

  • Funfair

    Our funfair will be a highlight of every child’s visit to Eroica Britannia. All rides are included in the ticket price so they can enjoy the Helter-Skelter and other rides all day long.

    From modern bikes and cycling gadgets, and nutritional innovations to classic replicas, helmets, vintage jerseys and much more, there will be plenty to shop around for as both a memento of the festival and a gift for the cycling enthusiast.

  • Collector's Market

    If you are in the midst of a bike restoration project, looking to start one, or are keen to shop for cycling memorabilia, our collectors’ market will be a delight.

  • Future Now Zone

    Leading cycling manufacturers will be showcasing and allowing you to try out their latest and ever popular models. If you want to try the latest models from the likes of Canyon, Ribble and numerous other leading brands and discuss their innovative selections of road, mountain and e-bikes then Eroica Britannia is for you.

  • Training Zone

    Want to get the edge on your next Sportive, then visit the Training Zone for our themed spin classes, family yoga, and other training-related experiences.

  • Main Stage

    We will have various music and acts on our main stage and in Eroica HQ across the weekend. The line-up will be announced closer to the festival dates, with a mix of acts to relax to across the two-days.

  • Celebrity Q&As

    A star-studded line-up of famous cycling names will be taking to our HQ stage, including Sir Chris Hoy, Pippa York, Jody Cundy and 1982 World Champions Mandy Jones and Giuseppe Saronni.
