We’re delighted to announce that Eroica Britannia is moving to Goodwood in 2022.
As many of you know, we’ve been searching for a long time for a suitable location that allows the event to flourish, and we’re thrilled that Goodwood, in the heart of the South Downs National Park, is to be Eroica’s new and permanent home.
We’d like to thank you, our loyal fans, who have stuck with us these last few years and waited so patiently for news of the next event. It’s not been easy. But a shining light throughout this crisis has been our collective love of cycling and that’s set to continue.
After several glorious years in the Peak District, we’re excited about moving to the beautiful Sussex landscape, paving the way for an all-new great British adventure.
The Goodwood team are kindred spirits. Indeed, when we first started planning Eroica Britannia back in 2012, the Goodwood Revival was a major inspiration.
We’re still very much in the planning stages post-Covid. We’re working hard to create beautiful routes for you all and will keep you posted on that over the next few months. Starting and finishing at Goodwood, the rides will take in the stunning Sussex South Downs.
Excitingly, it gives regular riders a chance to explore a whole new landscape. Sussex is renowned for its vineyards, charming villages, rolling hills and beautiful views of the coast.
We can’t wait to ride with you all again – it won’t be for a while but it will be epic when it happens. Until then, keep looking after those beautiful vintage bikes of yours.
