We all associate summer with ice lollies and ice creams. This summer why not create your own?
Freeze fruit in ice trays and enjoy on their own or allow them to melt in your water bottle before drinking them.
Berries such as; raspberries and strawberries are perfect for freezing - give it a go and let us know how you get on!
Mix up your workout
Should you make your own ice-lollies, or buy them, keep the sticks instead of throwing them away, and write a work out on them. For example; 20 burpees, 50 starjumps, 10 squats etc...
Each time you head to the gym pick up five and use that to tailor your workout - there perfect way to ensure you mix it up, don't get bored and also get to enjoy a delicious lolly!
