I am a level 3 trainer and have been active and competing my whole life and, having worked in the leisure industry for the last 13 years, have gained valuable experience helping numerous people achieve their fitness goals and train for events.
Sessions are bespoke to you & your goals and are performed in a relaxed & friendly environment.
Personal Training: Based in the gym, outside or in the pool.
Event Training: Training for and competing in events.
Race Day Performance: Improving on previous times and personal bests.
Swimming: Learning to & improving stroke technique.
Triathlon Coaching: Run, Cycle, Swim.
