Keen to start running? Don't know where to start?
Whatever your fitness level, in just 8 weeks we will get you from total beginner to being able to run continuusly for 30 minutes. All you need is the commitment to run 3 times per week, following a progressive run/walk programme, designed for you by our Health Coach, Keith. The Monday session each week will be instructor led, and the other two sessions are completed in your own time.
6.15pm -7.15pm each Monday - meet in the Health Club reception.
£40 for the 8 week course.
