A gentle introduction to the ancient art of Yoga, ideal for anyone who isn't sure whether Yoga is for them, who has restricted mobility, who would prefer not to be the only beginner in a class, or who might worry that they are too old to take up Yoga.
Come and learn about this centuries-old practise which focuses on breathing, stretching and mindfulness.
