Discover the power of Yoga to improve co-ordination, strength, confidence and body awareness for all ages. We will be using animal postures to tell stories and concentrating on our breathing to find a sense of calm and to relieve anxiety.
This class is designed to enable parents to work with their children and to learn techniques to use at home.
Members - £8 for 1 adult with 1 child, non-members - £15 for 1 adult with 1 child.
