Following the success of our Introduction to Mindfulness Members Gathering, we are delighted to be able to offer an 8 week course to explore simple, yet effective mindfulness techniques that have become increasingly popular in many walks of life.
Mindfulness is a life skill and a means of improving general health and well-being. It is the opportunity of stepping out of the ‘automatic’ and stepping into conscious awareness where you can simply observe your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations with friendly curiosity without being caught up in them.
Join us for 8 sessions to explore simple, yet effective mindfulness techniques. Each Session will be coordinated by Russ Kendall, who has spent 20 years practising mindfulness and meditation.
