Hot Gin and Tonic

To create our cocktail of the month, you will need:

• 50ml Bathtub Gin

• 20ml Tonic syrup
• 200ml Boiling water
• Cinnamon stick

• Sprinkle of nutmeg

The method is simple...

1. Using a heatproof glass or mug, pour in the gin, tonic syrup and add the cinnamon stick.

2. Fill the rest of the glass with just off the boil water.

3. Finish with grated nutmeg.
