The Cheese Making workshop is a hands-on opportunity, to learn simple, old-fashioned traditional techniques. Learn how to make the following delicious soft cheeses in just one day: Camembert, Feta, Ricotta, Quark (Cream cheese), Mascarpone, Greek Style Yoghurt and Labneh.
Listen to the history of cheese making while sipping a glass of wine and enjoying a leisurely two-course lunch – all the dishes served at lunch are inspired by the cheeses you will have learned how to make. You can even have some cheese to take home, plus course notes to enable you to make your own cheese. It’s a fun day out and so rewarding.
The course is taken by Mandy Nolan, a passionate and experienced cheesemaker and former editor of numerous food magazines.
