Alpine is honoured to celebrate in 2018 “The Silver Jubilee” of the Goodwood Festival of Speed with the new Alpine A110 and A110 GT4.
ICONIC SINCE 1955
Alpine owes its existence to one man - Jean Rédélé, a car enthusiast that established his own sports car company in 1955. Winning the world famous Rallye Monte Carlo in 1971 and 1973, Alpine’s spirit was born: it wasn’t outright power or brute force that made a car quick on a twisty rally stage, but light weight, compact dimensions and agility.
ABSOLUTE AGILITY
Inspired by Alpine’s rich heritage, the new Alpine A110 is a lightweight, agile and elegant sports coupe. With its aluminum structure and a 252 hp mid-rear engine mated to a dual-clutch automatic transmission, the Alpine A110 provides driving pleasure and everyday comfort.
MOTORSPORT: THE BRITISH WAY
Arguably the world's greatest celebration of motorsport and car culture; the 2017 edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed was the perfect moment for the first ever Alpine A110 Première Edition dynamic demonstration, to a keen audience of car enthusiasts.
AWARDED BY BRITISH PRESS
“Small, compact and lightweight, the A110 has a refreshingly simple, old-school formula, and has been created with immediate and accessible driver appeal at its heart. It’s the stand-out debut sports car of the decade." Mark Tisshaw, Autocar Editor
SO BRITISH
Alpine have the pleasure to take part in this very British event. Over the four day duration, Alpine will showcase its latest A110, alongside the very sporting A110 GT4 at their stand in the First Glance Paddock. For the second consecutive year, Alpine brings a Festival of Speed exclusive, with the first dynamic display of the A110 GT4.
