After a thorough briefing, you will first get to know the aeroplane. Your instructor will then show you the basic aerobatic manoeuvres and then you will get the chance to fly the manoeuvres yourself. These include loop, aileron roll, stall turn, barrel roll, Cuban 8, slow roll, derry turn.
Maximum weight 15 stone 7lbs. Minimum height is 5'0"; maximum height is 6'5''. All flyers need to be in reasonable health. Please note: anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate

You are welcome to contact Ultimate High on 01243 913916 the day before your flight to confirm the likelihood of your flight taking place, but the final decision will be made on the day by your Instructor. Expect to be at Goodwood Aerodrome for two/three hours , which will include a briefing and 35 minutes in the aircraft - 20 minutes flight time. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time for the essential safety briefing.
There is plenty of space for friends and family to come and watch you take off and land. We do ask that children are supervised at all times
You will be given a military flying suit for your experience but please wear comfortable flat shoes.
