Make the most of these frosty days when you can’t fly and join the Goodwood Flying School’s Ground School. Designed to help support practical you with your practical learning and to help you pass your ground based exams. These take place at the Flying School and offer Ground School classes across the full syllabus, which is Aviation Law, Operational Procedures, Human Performance and Limitations, Navigation and Radio Aids, Meteorology, Aircraft General Knowledge, Principles of Flight, Flight Performance and Planning and Communications.
The most popular topics are Meteorology, Navigation, Principles of Flight and Aircraft General Knowledge as instructor interactions can prove invaluable in these subjects.
