The Kennels Vintage Market

Members spent the beautiful sunny day immersed in all things vintage with many stalls selling all manner of fantastic clothing and accessories perfect for creating an authentic outfit for Revival.

To top off the vintage look we had three wonderful classes with professional hairdressers teaching groups to recreate hair and make-up styles from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Elsewhere, the popular Betty’s Salon was on hand to style visitor’s hair and make-up in traditional styles.

Completing the atmosphere and on hand to inspire vintage styles just that little bit more were our fabulous models mingling through the crowds, each representing one of our vintage decades and providing a little more style inspiration.

As the sun went down, the vintage market transformed into an evening dance where guests enjoyed classic punch served in 1940’s cup and saucer and danced the night away to the very talented Velvettes. This passionate trio revived classic songs from the 1920s to the 1940s for truly finger snappin’, authentic entertainment.
