The Grid. The place that we choose to show off the biggest and best stars of our Goodwood Breakfast Clubs, a hand-picked selection of our favourite cars that apply to display.
This is the grid from our first ever ‘90s Sunday, a day dedicated to cars that are just nudging toward the big three-oh – and it’s an eclectic mix. When we pick the stars of our grid, we try to do it on merit for all cars – we don’t discriminate, just because it’s not a supercar, doesn’t mean it can’t take pride of place.
Which explains why there is a Renault Twingo on the grid today, sharing space with a Ferrari 456. There’s a Lancia Thema just a few doors down from an Aston Martin DB7. Because, quite simply, variety is the spice of not just life, but the automotive world.
