Moving Motor Show 2013 gets going

The 2013 Goodwood Moving Motor Show (MMS), presented by RAC Cars, was a very hot hit yesterday (Thursday 11 July) as the record MMS crowds enjoyed bright sunshine and the very latest and greatest new passenger cars.

Significant debuts including the world premier of the new Skoda Octacvia vRS, as well as the first UK public sightings of the a large number of news models, from the Dacia Logan MCV to the Rolls-Royce Wraith, with a number of manufacturers reporting new car orders and serious enquires taken at the MMS.

In addition to the chance to drive a new car up the famous Festival of Speed hillclimb, MMS visitors were also able to enjoy many of the Festival’s other attractions, from the latest F1 cars in the Formula 1 paddock, to live music and beautiful cars on the Cartier ‘Style et Luxe’ lawn.

The sell-out crowd at today’s (Friday 12 July) Festival of Speed will see the F1 cars in action, along with hundreds of other mouth-watering competition machines and top-name drivers and riders.
