Visitors to this month’s Festival of Speed will witness the most incredible selection of supercars ever assembled for Michelin Supercar Run.
Thrill-seekers in search of the fastest, loudest, rarest, most insane and expensive collection of metal on the planet will not be disappointed with the line-up. Thoroughbreds being unleashed up the hill include the global dynamic debuts of the Aston Martin GT12 and McLaren 570S Coupe. Star cars turning a wheel in public for the first time on British soil include the new Bentley Continental GT, Ferrari 488 GTB (the 458 Italia successor), Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce and McLaren P1 GTR.
Although it won’t be on the move, the bonkers Koenigsegg Regera and Zenvo ST1 make their debuts on the Michelin stand.
Then of course there’s the Arash AF8, a clutch (hands off; that’s our collective noun for supercars; nice, eh?) of other Ferraris including the crazy LaFerrari hybrid, F12 Berlinetta, F12 TRS, California T and 599 XX and FXX-K, which both go up the hill.
Blink and you’ll miss the Hennessey Venom GT, Noble M600, Pagani Huayra, Rolls-Royce Wraith, SCG 003 making its UK debut, Lexus LFA and Sin R1. But it’s not just a display of might for models so rare you may not have heard of them; Audi, BMW, Corvette, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Maserati will also be represented.
Cameras at the ready. See you there!
