Each year the Goodwood Motorsport Content team creates original and exciting content at its three world-class motoring events: the Members’ Meeting, Festival of Speed and Revival Meeting. This content is carefully pieced together by a small team of dedicated motorsport enthusiasts, who spend their working days absorbed in all things automotive.
Goodwood is currently in the very rare position of having a vacancy within its Motorsport Content team, as the team expands. The new Planner will be central to the creation, coordination, implementation and delivery of the vehicular content that makes up Goodwood’s headline events.
The role will be responsible for researching and devising motorsport themes, liaising with clubs, owners and organisations, and maintaining an up-to-date vehicle database. The successful applicants will also be responsible for the preparation of documents, correspondence, and instructions issued to all competitors.

Goodwood is looking for someone with a life-affirming passion for all things automotive (past and present), along with boundless enthusiasm and superb organisational skills. Previous experience in planning would be an advantage, but isn’t essential, whereas attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a small team is vital. The position requires flexibility in working hours, especially during the event season.
If working somewhere exceptional interests you, with the unique opportunity to help shape the world-renowned Goodwood events, please do get in touch via the following link:
