It’s that exciting time of year, when we reveal the full timetable for the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard! And, although this year we’re having to hold it virtually, it’s still set to be an incredible weekend.
FOS Greats Stream timetable
We’re using the weekend that would have been the Festival to celebrate 28 years of FOS Greats – the very best stars of the 27 Festivals of Speed that have been held since 1993. This weekend will be split into three separate streams, but fear not all three will be hosted right here on GRR on the same page alongside our normal live blog. Each day will have its own focus – Friday celebrates The Cars, Saturday The Teams and Sunday The Drivers.
Friday kicks off with the Lotus 72, one of the greatest Formula 1 racing cars in history, followed by the mighty Ford GT40, before a day filled with the likes of Ferrari, Porsche, Group B, the Fiat S76, Mazda 787B and more.
Saturday begins with Williams – regulars at the Festival of Speed since it began – and moves through TWR, BMW, Brawn, Jaguar and more teams that have lit up the motorsport world over the last century and more of racing.
Sunday’s celebration of the greatest drivers ever to star at the Festival will kick off with Mr Goodwood – Sir Stirling Moss – before we also feature Sir Jackie Stewart, Mario Andretti, Emerson Fittipaldi, Lewis Hamilton and more of our greatest Goodwood stars.
Each car, team or driver will feature in a batch from the Festival, with other cars in the batch not always representing the star, but every single one packed with incredible cars on the Goodwood Hill.
