The Goodwood Revival era predates sponsorship liveries; instead, racing cars were painted in colours that, usually, reflected their teams’ nationalities. Others had unmistakable team colours: Ecurie Ecosse had its nose stripes, BRM the orange noseband, Lotus a yellow stripe.
