Is the Settrington Cup, the race for J40 pedal cars, the most competitive fixture on the Goodwood Revival programme? That’s a matter of opinion, and you can judge for yourself by watching the field pedalling like fury on the start/finish straight for 2015’s event. What’s certain is that it is Revival‘s biggest grid. There were 46 starters this year!
It was a double-victory for Archie Collings, who crossed the line first on both days. His rusty ‘oily rag’ J40 was transported to Goodwood in some style, being strapped to back of father Ben Collings’ 1925 Bentley.
