As well as all the racing action on track at the Spa Classic this weekend, there are demonstrations of endurance and one-make racing machinery from the ‘90s and early 2000s. Everything from TVR Tuscan and Ferrari Challenge cars, to an XJR15 and Bentley Speed 8 – the spectrum of sportscar racing immediately pre- and post-millienium is handsomely represented.

This demonstration should evoke not-too-hazy memories of these recently-retired machines battling Spa’s dips, dives, sweeps and compressions once again. We wouldn’t mind a go out in that Bentley, though we’re not sure we’re built to take the strain… never mind the car.
