Porsche Unveil New‑Generation GT Racer
This season Porsche are being represented in the two major GT classes by private-entered, but factory-assisted, teams (Core Autosoport and Dempsey Proton Racing). The 2017 RSR will see a return to the double-pronged LMP1 and GT attack that saw Porsche claim both titles at Le Mans between 2015 and '16.
According to Porsche the majority of the marque's factory drivers sampled the new car as it carried out a full shakedown at their Weissach facility.
