We love the current crop of ultra-HD esports here at GRR. If they are good enough for actual F1 drivers then they are, well, a bit too hard for us if we’re honest. Which is where the delightful Art of Rally by the developer behind Absolute Drift, Funselektor, comes in.
Video: Art of Rally is the loveliest looking rallying game ever
An old-school style top-down racing sim, it features our favourite decades of rallying; the gentlemanly ‘60s, the starting to get a bit crazy ‘70s and then the fantastically crazy Group B ‘80s.
As well as more than 30 cars to choose from, there are 50 European courses with varying weather conditions, surfaces and even night stages. No sim rig required and it’ll be available for Windows, Mac and Linux when it arrives later in the year. For now, you can download the demo for free.
This could be just the break needed between Zoom meetings and home school classes.
