Great news! Jaguar has just announced that it will offer a range of experiences to the public in various of historic racers at its recently acquired test track.
The programme, which will be launched next month, will offer a range of experiences from a passenger ride with a professional driver right up to the full ‘Grace and Pace’ experience which promises ‘a full day of driving Jaguar Heritage legends’as well as some their modern high-performance stuff, too. C-Type, D-Type, E-Type, F-Type, MkII… you could pilot the lot in one day.
‘Grace and Pace’ spans everything from post-war racers right up to the current XFR and F-Type Coupe R and also includes the opportunity to drive some of Jaguar’s Special Operations cars. Not only is lunch included but you will be chauffer-driven in a classic saloon to your lunch venue.
Also on the menu is a ‘Le Mans Experience’ which will allow you a taste of what it was like to drive the epoch-making C and D-Types which made their marks at Le Sarthe back in the Fifties, as well as a stint in the gorgeous XKSS and the thunderous F-Type R Coupe.
This all sounds like epic fun, but what we really want to know is whether we get to learn how to chuck a C-Type around like Alex Buncombe in that awesome Monaco Historique video we posted yesterday!
