Word to the wise. If you see a bunch of cars beached off-track ahead of you, trim the pace. If you don’t, you might find yourself joining them. Even if you do but not enough, you might find yourself joining them. There’s not much you can do to avoid an oil slick on the ground, as this selection of unsuspecting racers at the HSR Classic 12 hour at Sebring found out. The Porsche at the beginning just missing the BMW was an especially close call!
