Every Owner, Partnership or Syndicate is entitled to six Owners’ Badges per runner on the day that their horse is running. Under current guidelines, access to the Parade Ring is not permitted but Parade Ring Viewing and a debrief area will be provided.
Where to collect your Badges?
From the Owners & Trainers' Desk on arrival at the west entrance. Your PASS Card will be swiped through our computer and your badge allocation issued. It is important to remember that your entitlement to Owners’ Badges can only be verified on production of your PASS card.
All badge requests must be made via the online PASS system by 4pm the day before racing. If you are experiencing issues, please contact email@example.com or 01243 755105 by 4pm on the day before the raceday, stating your PASS card number, the name of the horse, and the names of the people to whom the Badges should be given. We will not be admitting entry to Owners who have not pre-allocated their badges in advance.
What if my horse is entered, but not declared to run?
If your horse is entered but not declared, we will not be able to allocate you any badges, under current guidelines.
