The undoubted sporting and social highlight of the season, the Qatar Goodwood Festival gets underway in 2020 with the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday 28 July
A feast of top quality racing attracts the best equine athletes in the world. The Tuesday highlight is our newest Group 1, the Qatar Goodwood Cup worth £500,000. Stradivarius narrowly denied Big Orange his third straight win in the race in 2017.

From a prosecco package for four people, to our complete raceday packages, each are designed to provide excellent savings, whilst also making your raceday experience extra special.
Park & Picnic
For £130 you can reserve a Park & Picnic berth by the rails and watch the horses storm past the three-furlong point. Price also includes four Lennox Enclosure tickets.
Reserving your berth ahead of race day is highly recommended.
Public parking is available for all enclosures in Car Park 8 (£12 in advance, £15 on the day) and Car Parks 9 and 11 (free). Coach parking is available in Car Park 7 (£50). Find out more here.
Racecards are the official programmes of the Qatar Goodwood Festival. They give you the form of the day's runners and riders, as well as information on how you can make the most of your day, including eating and drinking, entertainment and live music.
The 900 bus service operates from Chichester Railway Station to the racecourse each day of the Qatar Goodwood Festival, costing £5 Single and £7 Return. It departs at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, from 10.15am until 2.15pm. The last return journey from the racecourse will be 30 minutes following the last race.
