Dan Hughes
Director
Dan comes from 30 years in the yachting market where he held a senior management position for a significant international operating and consultancy business working on the feasibility, technical design, construction and operational management of yacht marinas and clubs, largely as part of resort & real estate developments.
Attuned to working with a global brand, with a collaborative approach, a keen eye for detail – particularly when it comes to the customer experience, operational expertise and commercial acumen, Dan quickly identifies the opportunities for the benefit of the client and offers strong leadership in the projects he oversees.
James Bebbington
International Project Manager
James has a background in managing projects for rapid business and brand growth. With a history of working in the luxury lifestyle and retail sectors, James joined Goodwood at the beginning of 2017. He brings a practical knowledge of delivering new business strategies and brand concepts to support commercial objectives.

Mike Husband
Business Development
Mike has over 25 years’ experience working at Goodwood in a business development role; he is responsible for driving revenue and tightly managing costs through multiple streams at Goodwood’s headline sporting events and on various projects across the Estate.
Working alongside stakeholders, Mike is quick to identify commercial opportunities which add real value.
He also specialises in turning around underperforming commercial business areas, by taking a methodical and balanced approach.
Patricia Dickie
Customer Experience
Patricia has worked in the event and hospitality industry for over 20 years with a strong focus on innovation and originality to create exceptional guest experiences. As the Customer Experience Director at Goodwood, Patricia has been responsible for creating and launching many of the new projects on the Estate including The Kennels Private Members’ Club, the Three Friday Nights and the highly acclaimed Farmer, Butcher, Chef restaurant. Patricia has a successful track record for working well with a multitude of stakeholders, ensuring a balance between creative thinking, achieving commercial targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Elle Stone
Customer Experience
Elle works on projects across the entire Estate to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience no matter where they are at Goodwood. Elle has been responsible for creating and launching the Goodwood Event Volunteer Programme, so is particularly passionate about attracting the best people and utilising their skills to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable moments.
With a keen eye for detail and an ability to work with a multitude of stakeholders, Elle has a track record of executing projects that deliver incomparable experiences for customers.
Will Kinsman
Content
Will is Head of Motorsport Content at Goodwood, leading the team responsible for devising, developing and delivering engaging content across Goodwood events and all media. In his 10 years at Goodwood Will has played a key role in growing overall event attendance by nearly 50 per cent, establishing the concept of the Goodwood Members’ Meeting and building a digital content proposition that has seen annual views grow from 0 to 200 million within 4 years. Will’s creative and conceptual thinking are essential to devising and delivering incredible immersive experiences.

Matt Hearn
Content
Matt is the Event Content Manager at Goodwood and is responsible for curation and delivery of motorsport content for Goodwood’s three headline events. He brings extensive knowledge of global motorsport and experience in executing imaginative solutions in challenging locations.
Sam Medcraft
Operations & Content
Sam has a strong background in Event Management, with experience in Formula One and World Endurance Championship events. Sam joined Goodwood 5 years ago and he now manages the Members’ Meeting, Goodwood’s newest headline motorsport event.

Jen Godding
Operations
Jen is an Event Operations Manager and has been working within the industry for 9 years, with experience in delivering intimate and brilliantly unique private events through to large scale outdoor sporting events. Jen began her career in Marketing and Promotions, moving to a sports agency as part of a consultancy team for the London 2012 Olympic Games, before joining Goodwood 5 years ago. Jen is part of the Consultancy Team at Goodwood, specialising in concept, design and operational delivery.
Sarah Bullen
Operations
Sarah has worked on multiple international sporting events from conception to delivery. Having spent 5 years working at Goodwood on the operational side of both Motorsport and Horseracing events, Sarah brings a well-rounded understanding of maximising event potential within green field sites and stadia. Her key strengths lie in her attention to detail and her ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Dave Board
Finance
Dave has over 15 years' experience working in a broad range of finance roles within various companies, from FTSE 250 to privately owned businesses. Dave joined Goodwood 8 years ago and now leads the Sport and Motorsport Finance Team. He has a strong track record of providing commercial and financial support to senior management in day-to-day and long-term business planning.
Ben Whales
Finance
Ben is the Finance Business Partner for Goodwood’s Sport & Motorsport divisions. He provides financial support and insight to senior management for a wide range of businesses such as horse racing, motorsport events, membership clubs and content. He has 8 years’ experience at Goodwood with a strong background in providing financial modelling and commercial insight for clients and new business initiatives across the Estate.

Chris Thornhill
Marketing
Chris has 12 years’ experience of FMCG and Event Marketing, including 9 years of working across multiple international markets, launching and growing drinks brands with Carlsberg. Chris now leads the marketing for Goodwood’s highly acclaimed portfolio of world-leading motorsport events. Chris provides guidance and expertise on marketing solutions, allowing clients to deliver ROI and delight customers.
