Goodwood is delighted to confirm the first of two demonstrations at the 79th Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport (9 – 10 April 2022): a celebration of Porsche’s legendary 956 and 962.
Achieving near-total domination in the 1980s, the 956 secured Le Mans victories in 1982, ’83, ’84 and ’85, with the follow up 962 continuing Porsche’s winning ways in ’86 and ’87. Marking 40 years since the 956’s first Le Mans win, the Members’ Meeting demonstration will first take place on Saturday evening as the sun sets, recreating the iconic setting of the Circuit de la Sarthe, with the assembled cars set to take to the track once again on Sunday.
Goodwood is looking to invite in the region of 20 956 and 962s to the Members’ Meeting along with some of the 177 different drivers who saw success behind the wheel of these giants of Group C.
Tickets for the 79th Members’ Meeting are available now to Goodwood Road Racing Club and Fellowship members. Members and Fellows can take advantage of our Early Bird saving of 15% if they book before 31 December. For just £43 a year, the Fellowship offers a range of benefits in addition to the ability to purchase tickets for the exclusive Members’ Meeting, including access to our extensive video archive, competitions, offers, and much more.

Tickets can be purchased via goodwood.com or by calling the Ticket Office on 01243 755055.
For an extra special day out, hospitality is also available across the event and can be organised by emailing hospitality@goodwood.com or calling 01243 755054.
Goodwood wants customers to be able to book with confidence and if it is deemed that Goodwood events cannot take place on advice from the UK Government due to the ever-changing pandemic, the ‘Ticket Guarantee’ means customers can transfer their ticket to the following year or receive a full refund.

About the Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport
The Goodwood Members’ Meeting is an epic weekend of motor racing founded by the Duke of Richmond, which aims to recreate the atmosphere and camaraderie of the original BARC Members’ Meetings held at Goodwood throughout the 1950s and 1960s.
