Our Weekend Drives provide an ideal introduction to the world of GRRC road trips. Generally two-night, three-day adventures; expect stunning scenery, fantastic driving, great hospitality and the opportunity to meet like-minded members.

Monaco Historique - 13 - 16 May 2022

Once again, we were lucky enough to travel to glittering Monte Carlo for the iconic Grand Prix de Monaco Historique. Widely regarded as the premier event on the historic F1 calendar, the glamour of Monaco always offers the perfect backdrop to this thrilling race.

With luxury accommodation and full hospitality courtesy of the Automobile Club de Monaco, Members and their guests enjoyed exclusive access, fantastic views of the race and an experience to remember.

Our package included three nights at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel, welcome and farewell dinners, access to the L'Automobile Club de Monaco Drivers' Club, access to the race paddock and pit lane (at agreed times) and grandstand seats.

Spanish Driving Tour - 22 - 31 May 2022

The GRRC led a unique driving holiday this Spring, making the most of the early summer sunshine whilst driving some of the most spectacular roads Spain has to offer. Members spent the days driving through beautiful scenery, visiting local attractions and staying in fabulous 5* hotels on this ultimate driving holiday.

The tour also featured optional drive days, perfect for those who were looking to relax and enjoy the local area as well as those keen to make the most of their vehicle in the wonderful surroundings of the Spanish hills.

Isle of Man Weekend Drive SOLD OUT

28 September - 1 October 2022

Join us for a weekend in autumn 2022, as we head across the Irish Sea to explore the famed roads of the Isle of Man. We will take the first day of our long weekend trip to explore the North of England’s eclectic and beautiful scenery, offering excellent driving roads before enjoying our first evening together. A morning ferry allows us to enjoy a full day driving the iconic roads of the TT and taking in the rugged coastline, rural landscape and medieval castles this beautiful island has to offer.

This 4-day, 3-night driving weekend will include three nights in luxury hotels with dinner on all evenings, as well as a full route book and satellite navigation device.

A look back to Wales...

On one of our recent weekend drives, members headed to Wales and learned why it has earned the nickname ‘Rally County’.

Day one saw members explore the sweeping roads of the Brecon Beacons and taking in the spectacular views from the Black Mountain pass. Day two delivered glorious sunshine as members headed North to Lake Vyrnwy, before conquering the famed Evo triangle.
