What is Breakfast Club?
It’s a no-cost motoring show where the Members and their machines are the stars. There’s no driving – apart from what we hope is a delightful early-morning run to the circuit on some of Sussex’s finest roads.
Inspired by the public Breakfast Club events, the GRRC are delighted to announce that the second GRRC-only Breakfast Club event will take place on 17 July 2022. This is open to both Membership and Fellowship.

Displaying your car
Can I register my car for display?
Cars will be chosen from the register of GRRC members' cars, so please make sure that you have updated the details of your cars and your contact details! If you have any questions about this, please email the GRRC team (grrc@goodwood.com).
My car has been selected for display - what now?
Everyone whose car has been selected will be contacted by the GRRC team and asked if they wish to attend. They will then receive their instructions and car pass, either by email or by post.
My car has been selected for display
Congratulations! You will receive your admission pass by email or by post by Monday 11 July. Please print out this pass and bring it with you on the day. This pass tells you where your car is to be displayed (on the grid or on the site) and marshals will direct you to your designated parking space.
Your pass will admit you (the GRRC member) plus one guest (for adult GRRC members) and up to three guests (for family members). Children over the age of two years old must be counted in this number. Should you not need all of your guest places, please contact the GRRC team to let them know as these places can then be offered to someone on the spectator waiting list.
You can arrive at the Motor Circuit FROM 7AM. Road signs will direct you to the Circuit gates for display cars. Please do not arrive before 7am as you will not gain admittance early, and queueing cars on the road outside the Circuit cause considerable danger to other road users. You may arrive at any time between 7am and 9am. You may leave after midday.
When you enter the circuit, you may be directed to a holding area in the Chicane paddock until it is safe for you to drive to your designated parking place. Please comply with the instructions of our marshals; their job is to ensure everyone’s safety.
If your guest(s) cannot travel in the same car, please contact the GRRC team (01243 755057 or via email at grrc@goodwood.com) to request an additional vehicle pass. This vehicle will need to park in the public car park.
Do I have to bring my display pass?
Please ensure that you print out your site or grid pass in good time and keep it with your vehicle. It must be clearly displayed on your windscreen to gain access. The Marshals will only allow access to vehicles with these passes and if you forget yours, you will not be granted access to the site.
If you are having difficulty printing your email, click on the 'Display email in browser' link at the bottom of the email. When it appears on your screen, hover your cursor over it and right click using your mouse or trackpad. This should bring up a menu containing the command 'Print'. This will bring up a print preview so that you can check that all looks ok. If you cannot see the blue or green background colour in the top half of the email, please look for a box marked 'Display background graphics' (sometimes found under 'More properties') and ensure that it is ticked. If all looks good, press print.
Can I choose where to display my car?
We have given much thought and consideration to selecting a wide range and variety of cars. Some will be on the grid, some on the track and others in the Paddock areas. Your emailed pass will tell you whether your car is going to be parked on the grid, or whether it will be on the site (that is, the track or paddocks).
The marshals will direct you to your designated parking place on the day. Please comply with their directions. We realise that you might have a preference for where to park, but we will be dealing with a large number of cars and spectators, and we would be extremely grateful for your cooperation.
My car was selected but I can no longer attend
Please contact the GRRC team as soon as possible to let us know.
Attending the Breakfast Club as a spectator
Can I register as a spectator?
Registration to attend the Breakfast Club event as a spectator will open to the GRRC community (that is, Membership and Fellowship) on 29 June 2022.
I've registered as a spectator - what now?
We look forward to welcoming you to the event from 7am on Sunday 17 July. Our car park opens from 6.30am and the gates will open to spectators at 7am. If you arrive earlier than 7am, please wait in the car park until the Circuit pedestrian gate opens.
Your confirmation email from your original booking, along with your GRRC membership or Fellowship lapel badge will serve as your admittance on the day. Please be ready to show your email, either on paper or on a smart phone, as you enter.
I'm attending as a spectator - where do I park?
On arrival at Breakfast Club, please follow the event signs to the free public car park. This is located in the field opposite the Motor Circuit. Should a wet weather parking plan become necessary, we will contact you by email the day before the event with alternative arrangements.
You will be directed by marshals. Please follow their instructions closely and drive with due care and respect for other visitors and local residents.
Vehicles that display a Blue Badge can access the Motor Circuit site with proximity parking offered approximately 50 metres from the main grid. There is level tarmac between this area of parking and the grid. Accessible toilet facilities are available in the Jackie Stewart Pavilion.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs on short leads are welcome. Please ensure that you clear up after your dog.
