Award-winning produce fresh from Home Farm
We pride ourselves on our sustainable farming practices and have both an onsite dairy and butchery to ensure the highest quality of food is produced, with fewer food miles. With our easy online click and collect service for the Farm Shop, you can be sure you have travelled further than your ingredients.

Organic Beef
The beautiful deep-red Sussex, our beef cattle, thrive on the chalk downland, having been farmed on the land at Goodwood for centuries. As all our beef is hung for 28 days, it produces a lovely flavour and deep colour resulting in our fillet winning two Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards and our sirloin winning one Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards.

Organic Lamb
Our Southdown lambs are bred purely for their meat and graze particularly well on the chalk ground of the South Downs. Our leg of lamb won one Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards, whilst our shoulder of lamb has been awarded two Gold Stars.

Organic Pork
Our free range pigs are a mixture of two traditional breeds: Gloucester Old Spots and Saddlebacks. These hardy outdoor breeds live a happy life on the Home Farm grassland. The pigs, with their good intramuscular fat, produce high quality cuts of meat, including traditionally cured rind-on award winning bacon, gammon, sausages and ham which retains its moisture even after cooking

Cheeses
We use our organic milk to make a range of handmade farmhouse cheeses in our very own Cheese Room. Charlton is a creamy, firm textured cheese with long, rich flavours and a tangy finish. Levin Down is our deliciously rich and creamy soft white cheese which melts in the mouth, whilst Molecomb Blue is an award-winning soft blue veined cheese which is rich, full bodied and irresistible with a dark smoky grey crust having won a gold star at the Great Taste Awards.

Milk and cream
Our milk is non-homogenised and tastes just like milk used to as it retains all of its good fat particles. Deliciously rich and creamy, Goodwood organic milk is available as whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed and is processed here on the farm, together with our cream. In addition, we are one of the few producers selling raw milk; a milk that is not pasteurised and which, some believe, is a more healthy dairy option.
Ales and lager
The Goodwood Brewery makes our local authentic beers, using home-grown malted barley from Home Farm and organic hops.
These include Lucky Leap (APA), St. Simon (Lager) and Grogger (Pale Ale). Each of our trio of beers are made to perfectly pair with our organic beef, lamb and pork reared here on our Sussex grassland.

Gusbourne wine
We are now partnered with Gusbourne wine, who planted their first vines at the Gusbourne Estate in 2004 and share our passion to deliver high quality produce. Their goal is to create English sparkling wines that would stand up alongside the very finest offerings from across the globe. They ensure only the best grapes are used in their winemaking by growing and hand-picking them themselves.

Homemade by our award-winning Chefs from across the Estate, these tasty treats showcase the best of our organic produce.
We’re interested in what the animals eat...if they have a good life, the actual food at the end of the line tastes an awful lot better. I have seen first-hand how important this is at Goodwood.
Everyone just associates Goodwood with racing, whether it’s horse racing or car racing, not actually having an amazing farm with some fantastic produce that you serve here.
We’re very proud of our farming heritage at Goodwood; the farm was here long before any of our big events and it has inspired our food philosophy across all of our restaurants.
