Assured and traceable
All our products are produced with our own meat, which is born and raised on our farm, and so fully traceable. Our slaughterhouse, Southern Traditional Meats, is a small scale business that deals with Beef, Pork, Lamb and Game. We transport our own animals to slaughter and pay a fair price to our Slaughterhouse because we believe driving down prices promotes bad practices.
Our meat is butchered onsite by our own expert Master Butcher to ensure the highest quality and fewer food miles.
