Darron Bunn
Executive Chef, Goodwood Estate
Darron has been integral to taking Goodwood's 'farm to fork’ food philosophy to a new level. He is the missing link between Home Farm and the rest of the Estate; he is a true champion of nose-to-tail dining ensuring that no produce goes to waste and that our best quality meats are cooked to absolute perfection by those that know it best.

Under the guidance of General Manager, Conor, and his indisputable passion, Goodwood Home Farm has gone from strength to strength with its products receiving national recognition, most recently the Charlton Farmhouse cheese receiving gold medal at the British Cheese Awards. Along with supplying Goodwood's very own restaurants and events, local customers and delicatessens, Conor has also helped Home Farm to build up an impressive customer list, including The Ritz and Fortnum & Mason.

John Hearn
Master Butcher
All our meat is butchered on site by our master butcher, 'John The Butcher' as he's affectionately known, so all orders can be tailored to the desired specifications, maintaining the quality of the meat down to the final cut. Jon is as completely dedicated to nose-to-tail dining as his colleagues in the kitchens, making them the perfect team to help the organic Home Farm be as sustainable as possible.
Bruce Rowan
Goodwood Cheesemaker
Our award-winning cheeses are handmade by artisan cheesemaker Bruce in his very own Cheese Room at Goodwood Home Farm. All are created onsite using the Farm's organic milk and are made with slow maturing natural cultures and combine to make a delicious cheeseboard with deep, contrasting flavours and textures.
Bruce is passionate about cheese; and his skill is already reaping rewards with each the original Charlton Cheddar and the Molecomb Blue having been awarded Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards.
