Cocktail of the Month ‑ July

For the perfect, refreshing mojito, you will need:

• 50ml Flor De Cana Light Rum
• 2 brown sugar cubes
• 2 limes
• A handful of fresh mint
• Soda water
• Crushed ice

The method is simple...

1. Using a highball glass, muddle the rum, sugar and juice of one lime in the bottom of the glass.

2. Cut the remaining lime into wedges and add to the glass, along with the mint.

3. Add crushed ice and top with soda water.

4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
