For the perfect race day cocktail, you will need:
- 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 100ml Veuve Cliquot Champagne
- Fresh raspberries to garnish
The method is simple...
1. Using a champagne flute, pour the 25ml of Raspberry Liqueur into the glass.
2. Top with the champagne and mix together.
3. Garnish with two fresh raspberries on a skewer.
