Cocktail of the Month ‑ May

For the perfect spring cocktail, you will need:
- 50ml Belvedere Citrus Vodka
- 15ml St Germaine Elderflower Liquid
- 25ml Apple Juice
- 25ml Ginger Beer
- Juice of half a lemon
- Dash of sugar syrup
The method is simple...
1. Using a highball glass, pour all of the liquid ingredients into the ice-filled glass and stir together.
2. Add the lemon and sugar syrup. Stir again.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
