We all know that drinking the recommended two litres of water a day can be challenging, however, by adding some fruit into your bottle you can instantly make your water more tasty and therefore easier to drink - along with being more exciting. Not to mention the availability of fruit infuser water bottles making it easy to try it out!
We have found our two favourite combinations to add to our bottles which also have a wonderful health benefit each.
1. Cucumber, ginger and lemon is the perfect way to help beat that stubborn bloat.
2. For a Vitamin C boost add limes, lemon and orange - essential for helping with your body's recovery.
