A team of Health Coaches will design a bespoke 6-week program for you based upon the mind, body and soul. Each week you will experience a 60-minute workout, 30 minutes with a dietician and 3 hours of relaxing bliss.

Weekly 60-minute training session on our beautiful estate, with your private health coach. The possibilities are endless. We will explore the estate together and fill our lungs with Sussex air ensuring mood-boosting effects. Using nature to aid us through cardio bursting, strength building or soul-searching exercise programs based on your body’s needs and your personal targets.
Virtual Cabinet Cleanse
We will take this journey with you by giving your cupboards a healthy makeover. When we surround ourselves with fresh, exciting food there is more chance of succeeding. It’s not always easy to navigate the supermarkets and the labels are full of hidden nasties. But we will make sure you know what is best for you so your body can flourish.
The Art of Nutrition
Weekly nutritional assessment of your food dairy by your Nutritionist. Every week we will spend 30 mins talking through your food diary and set you up for the coming week. You will be taken through a journey that is designed to nourish the body: not only will it be good for you but it will be delicious.
Sunday Chill Out Sessions
Secure a little time to be in your own bubble. Join us in the health club every Sunday, after 6pm, for a sauna, steam, swim and hot tub session. Detox in our thermal rooms, soak in the hot tub and read a book by poolside. Let your body digest the previous week, and prepare for the next seven days. You will sleep so well after your session that you start your week with a spring in your step.
