Why take your body stats?
1. We are unique: BMI gives us a very narrow guide to measure success. It won’t tell us where your imbalances are, what area needs attention and how much is required to be lost or gained.
2. Benchmarking: We advise tracking your stats every six weeks. Creating habits and making changes take a huge amount of positivity and effort. Having a report and app showing you how well you’re doing could be the extra motivation you need.
3. Calories: That’s right we don’t all have the same calorie allowance! This report tells you yours and what you need to stick to for results.
4. Weight: The scales can give you a number but they won’t tell you if it’s fat or muscle. Have you ever worked really hard but not lost anything, or even put weight on? This might be ok- it might be muscle. This report can tell you for sure!
Through accurate and precise diagnosis we can recommend the most appropriate program and improve the balance of a healthy body. For £20 members are able to book a Mini Pit Stop which gives you a full body composition report and 30 minutes with our trainers.
