Swimming
Open to Members, our beautiful, heated indoor pool is the ideal place to exercise as part of your fitness regime. To help to keep Members safe, the number of swimmers will be limited, and lane swimming will be in place.
Fitness Classes
Getting fit doesn't have to be a lonely task. Exercising with other people is the best way to stay motivated. We offer a range of indoor studio and outdoor classes with high-end equipment and a team of experienced instructors to make getting fit more enjoyable. Measures are in place to safeguard your wellbeing whilst taking part.

Gym
Under the guidance of Goodwood’s team of fully qualified fitness professionals, Members can make full use of a well-equipped gym. Pre-booking will ensure that social distancing can be maintained.
