I have always enjoyed sports and exercise, from Martial Arts, outdoor running events and mountain biking to competing at indoor sport.
My coaching begins with assessing movement patterns, identifying restrictions, discomfort, or muscular tightness. This allows me to build an effective, individual programme for each client, to help to improve any weaknesses, and develop the fundamentals.
My main focus is on lifestyle, nutrition and exercise movement.
