We’re about to celebrate the 50th anniversary of BMW’s mighty M Division at the Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard. But the reason the M Division ever existed, was to help create racing machines.
BMW has been racing for a lot longer than the M Division has been around, and its greatest cars come from both pre- and post-World War Two. From the brilliant and beautiful BMW 328 to the brutal 635 CSi right to the stunning V12 LMR, BMW has won in almost every form of motorsport.
