There’s a crisp chill in the air as competitors and spectators alike emerge from their slumber for some Members’ Meeting motorsport festivities. Perfectly polished alloy panels reflect the dull sky as fog disappears from their headlamps.
The Gold Leaf livery of the Lotus 41X looks especially resplendent with light dancing across it from the paddock shelter bulbs. These early morning strolls around dormant racers are as peaceful as event life gets here at Goodwood. Much as the tranquillity is welcome, we can't wait for the noise...
