The words “compact” and small just have no meaning in the car industry these days. A compact SUV? Pull the other one. But, there are a few cars in history that definitely deserve the title “small”.
In fact, the odd one or two makes your television look pretty lardy. Cars that were designed just to get people around while taking up minimal land. You obviously know the very first one on this list, it’s been on enough television programmes, but what about some of the others?
