Picking the greatest races from one year of the Goodwood Revival is difficult enough, but picking the greatest races from the last 20-plus years? It was the digital equivalent of doing an Iron Man before joining the SAS for a weekend in Wales. But we just about managed to do it.
There were F1 cars, touring cars, sportscars and more, with some of the finest driving talent the world has ever seen. We even had a race of tiny racers with the Settrington Cup (come on, we couldn’t not include the ‘cutest race in the world’ now, could we) and a battle so good from the 2019 Sussex Trophy we couldn’t pull our jaws up off the floor, and that’s having watched it live trackside in 2019.
