[Video] The Alpine A110 R-GT rally car is utterly wonderful | GRR
SpeedWeek presented by Mastercard’s Super Special rally stages are still fresh on our minds, and we’re eager for more. So in this morning’s YouTube trawling, we’ve stumbled across this epic Alpine A110 R-GT shootout at the Rallye du Mont-Blanc 2020.
Featuring a handful of the brilliant brand new rally cars, the video combines intense action and the furious sound of the 1.8-litre turbocharged engines, as the accomplished drivers, including four-time WRC winner François Delecour, throw them through the Alpine passes. Dressed in various liveries, the Alpines are reminiscent of the original A110.
The A110 R-GT made its debut earlier this year, and will compete solely in French rallies for the time being.
